We call you the day before your appointment to confirm the appointment and our driver will not only show up early, but they will even assist you with your luggage. we also have all the insurance and permits necessary to pick you up at the airport and we even track your flight to guarantee we will be there on time, even if your flight is early or late. We promise we will do this and if we do not your next trip to or from the airport is free. We do all of this and our prices are more that competitive.

I have used Mt. Pleasant Shuttle since they opened many years ago.
I live in Mt. Pleasant with my family and work in San Francisco -I commute regularly. So I use their services constantly. Other services in the area were unreliable.
Mt. Pleasant Shuttle folks have always been very reliable, timely and courteous.
I love these guys - I no longer sweat getting to the airport on time. Just one less thing to think about.

Mt Pleasant Shuttle has been awesome. They are where they say they are going to be when they say they are going to be there. On top of that the drivers courteously help you with your bags. Also, they are easy to contact and get reservations with because they use phone, text messaging, email, and on-line reservations. (I don't know if you can make a reservation via texting but I did receive a confirmation text message back from Bob once which was perfect as I was in a meeting)!
Here's my story...After several frightening experiences with taxis (...often showing up late...once a taxi driver pulled into my driveway and then left without even picking me up!...) I began renting a car the night before I needed to get to the airport so I could be sure I'd get there and on-time. This worked but was a pain. It took a lot of extra time getting the car the day before and then filling up the gas tank and returning it next day. When Mt Pleasant Shuttle came up on a Google search one day I decided to give them a try and they have been great! They've picked me twice at 5am to get to the airport and once at 1pm when my flight was delayed getting back to Charleston. The great thing about the return trip is that even though my flight was delayed I didn't have to call anyone about the delay. The driver was simply up-to-date on the info and was at the airport when I arrived. No more car rentals or taxis for me!! Thank-you Mt Pleasant Shuttle for your professional and courteous service!! We have used Mt. Pleasant Shuttle for many years. We live full time in Asheville, NC and part time in Isle of Palms, SC and make the trip by plane Monthly. Bob and his team have done a wonderful job of taking care of us over the years. Always on time, very pleasant, and concerned for our comfort and safety. We are very pleased to have this portion of our travel plans covered without worry.

We have just arrived home from Charleston and although brief, we had a wonderfully successful trip down and back – much of that success was due to you and your staff. The vans were inside the gate when the plane pulled up to the building. Ken & Leroy were helpful, kind and pleasant. Because of our schedule and the efficiency of the staff at Seacoast, our time spent went much quicker than originally planned. The drivers handed me their cell phone numbers and I was able to connect and change our times of pickup at the church for return to the airport. Ken turned us over to Gordon & Leroy and they kindly and willingly altered their schedules to suit ours.
In summary, you and your flexible staff were wonderful. You have a first-class operation with your ground transportation and I do so appreciate everything that you did to facilitate our visit. Many thanks to all for a wonderful day – also for your receipts.
Lastly, Seacoast was a wonderful place to view and God has truly blessed you with a spectacular place to worship and serve Him.
